Every class is a full body and mind workout with an ever-changing pallet of sequences that are slow, repetitive, and easy to follow.

This dynamic workout fuses core-strengthening exercises, dance-inspired movements, and functional training to sculpt and energize your entire body. It blends floor barre techniques targeting the abs, obliques, glutes, back, and thighs with controlled twists (contra and intra body movement) hip mobility, and fluid, rhythmic, staccato movements that keep your core engaged. Grounding floor routines and ballet barre-inspired exercises (using a chair for support) enhance flexibility, stability, and posture, while the adagio section focuses on slow, graceful movements performed with control and balance. No prior ballet experience necessary.

To elevate your heart rate, the workout incorporates aerobic weight training with light weights or resistance bands, combined with calisthenics and bodyweight transference to build strength and balance. Modern dance-inspired warmups improve range of motion and flexibility, creating a session that’s both physically challenging and artistically expressive. Every movement is designed to activate your entire body with a focus on lines, control, breath work and technique, leaving you strong, centered, and energized.

You will need a mat, a chair, 3lb–5lb hand held weights, resistance bands, 3lb ankle weights, two blocks, and a hand towel.

A Note on Coaching & Pricing

This class is intentionally coached at a high technical level. I am deeply focused on movement quality, biomechanics, and ensuring every student performs each exercise with precision. That level of attention allows results to be achieved more efficiently, safely, and consistently than uncoached workouts.

The $25 price reflects expert instruction, real-time feedback, and a standard of coaching designed to eliminate guesswork and maximize results. If you value doing things correctly — not just breaking a sweat — this class is built for you.

Frequently Asked Questions

  • Free workouts provide exercises. This class provides precision coaching.

Every session includes real-time form correction, individualized adjustments, and constant attention to how you move. That level of technical coaching ensures your effort actually produces results instead of reinforcing poor mechanics or wasted reps. $25 is a small investment for expert guidance that free, uncoached workouts simply can’t offer.

  • I am a highly technical instructor with a hyper-focus on impeccable form and efficient movement. I don’t just lead workouts, I  actively coach them. That means observing every rep, correcting mechanics, and refining execution so each exercise delivers maximum benefit.

  • Yes-because of the technical focus.

Beginners benefit greatly from learning proper form early, and all movements can be modified based on ability, experience, or limitations.

  • This class is for people who:

    • Care about form and technique
    • Want real coaching, not just a follow-along workout
    • Value results, efficiency, and long-term progress
    • Prefer quality over quantity

  • This class may not be the best fit if you:

    • Want to zone out and follow a video
    • Aren’t interested in feedback or corrections
    • Prefer fast-paced workouts without attention to form
(And that’s okay—there are plenty of great options for that.)

  • Absolutely. Even experienced exercisers often plateau due to small technical errors. Precision coaching refines movement, improves efficiency, and helps you get more out of work you’re already doing-often leading to better results with less strain.
